My installation, The Chapel of Imagination is an attempt to create an unconventional sacred space, subverting and re-imagining Russian folktales through a mix of animation, projection mapping, and sculptural objects. The design of The Chapel of Imagination reimagines the layout of the traditional orthodox church and is based on the interconnectedness of religion, ideology, and culture.
