The Epic Return of Kolobok

This installation explores how imagination is activated by landscapes and culture of different cities. Within her first year in Los Angeles, Liza witnessed extreme situations like massive fire desctuctions, chaotic city life, and Russian culture transformed by city life of city of Angels. The city is full of temptations, which are portrait in her paintings (un)certainty, and Fate? plus sculptural work Tooth Fairy’s dream - representing the ultimate desire. If only tooth fairy could get a gold tooth - how reach would she be. Everyone has a dream, including her.
