The Chapel of Imagination

CADVC GALLERY (Baltimore, MD), 2023
My installation, The Chapel of Imagination, creates an unconventional sacred space, subverting and re-imagining Russian folktales through a mix of animation, projection mapping, and sculptural objects. The design reimagines the layout of the traditional Orthodox church and is based on the interconnectedness of religion, ideology, and culture.
